Catherine was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2020. She joined the firm in 2021 as an associate lawyer after articling at a global business law firm. Prior to her legal training, Catherine had a 15-year career in Human Resources and Labour Relations with a luxury hotel chain in British Columbia, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. In addition to a JD, Catherine holds an MBA, as well as the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
Catherine assists our clients with all aspects of the employment cycle, from on-boarding, worker safety and insurance, and performance management, to lay-offs and termination. She provides advice to federally and provincially regulated employers and employees. Catherine’s practice focuses primarily on labour & employment law, while also supporting the firm’s corporate, commercial, regulatory and litigation practices.
