Chris joined the firm as an associate upon being called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 2013. Chris practices administrative, commercial and regulated industries law. He has extensive tribunal and appellate advocacy experience. His administrative and regulatory law practice has a strong focus on telecommunications, broadcasting, radio communications, digital media and technology. Chris’ knowledge also extends to privacy, competition, consumer protection and not-for-profit law.
In his commercial practice, Chris drafts a wide variety of agreements and documents, including service and software agreements, resale/wholesale agreements, license agreements, confidentiality agreements and more. He also assists clients with strategic business advice and negotiation support.
