Stewart joined the firm as an articling student in 2014 and became an associate upon being called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 2015.
Stewart’s practice focuses on communications, competition, regulated industries, employment law, information technology, intellectual property, administrative, corporate, commercial, not-for-profit as well as commercial, tribunal and appellate advocacy and litigation. He also assists clients with commercial transactions and corporate compliance.
Stewart has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Court, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (“CRTC”), the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal and routinely makes written submissions to a variety of courts, the CRTC, and other regulatory bodies.
